We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our clients events sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and maximizing revenue through strategic sales initiatives for events such as conferences, exhibitions, corporate functions, and special occasions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets across all event types.
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, partners, and vendors.
Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Collaborate with the events, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and build connections.
