Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical Records Analyst. We operate some flexibility with this role, with a commitment required to one day in the office a week. The role involves reviewing and analysing medical records, ensuring quality and accuracy in documentation, and utilising medical expertise to prepare chronological summaries. The analyst will collaborate with legal and clinical teams to support medico-legal cases, ensuring meticulous organisation, collation, and secure management of health information.

Qualifications

• Effective analytical skills for reviewing and synthesising complex medical records and data
• Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and health information management principles
• Experience in quality assurance and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of medical documentation
• Proficiency in medical records organisation, collation, and pagination
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Relevant qualification as a Registered Nurse, Midwife, or Doctor
• Experience in clinical negligence, medico-legal work, or a similar field is preferred
