EJ Connect are a specialist Recruitment Agency, providing Permanent and Temporary staffing solutions to GP Surgeries for all clerical positions.\n\nOur Mission is to connect great organisations with even greater people.\n\nMedical Receptionist\n\n * GP Surgery\n\n * Longsite - Manchester\n\n * Tuesday, Thursday, Friday\n\n * 31.5 hours per week\n\n * 8am - 6.30pm\n\n * Temp - Perm\n\n * EMIS\n\n * Immediate Start available\n\nThe role of the Medical Receptionist will be too:\n\n * Greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner\n\n * Answer incoming phone calls, transferring calls or dealing with the callers’ request appropriately\n\n * Register new patients in a timely manner, educating them on the practice booking options\n\n * Identify and understand patient needs and requirements, through appropriate questioning\n\n * Maintain high standards of patient confidentiality.\n\n * Carry out all necessary general office duties\n\n * Maintain a clean, tidy, effective working area at all times\n\nThe suitable Medical Receptionist will:\n\n * Have previous work history in a similar fast paced environment\n\n * Possess knowledge and experience of EMIS\n\n * Demonstrate an outgoing, friendly personality with a desire to meet new people\n\n * Have the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively\n\n * Have the ability to stay calm under pressure and to be able to multi-task in a similar environment\n\n * Demonstrate a willingness to adapt to the changing working practices of a busy medical environment\n\n * Have good administrative, IT and keyboard skills\n\nThe successful Medical Receptionist will receive:\n\n * £12.50ph\n\n * Support and guidance from a friendly and professional team\n\n * Generous Holiday allowance\n\n * Free Parking\n\nShould you be interested in this role, please call (phone number removed)
