Your Role As the first point of contact for their patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and professional front-of-house experience. You’ll be responsible for: Greeting and checking in patients at reception Managing appointments and patient queries using EMIS Web (training provided) Answering phone calls and handling general enquiries in a courteous and helpful manner Processing prescriptions and administrative requests Assisting with post, filing, scanning, and supporting the wider admin team Preparing lab samples, giving authorised test results, and more
