Talentmark are recruiting for a Medical Operations Manager to join a global pharmaceutical company on a contract basis for 6-months.

Salary: Paying £31.87 per hour PAYE

Medical Operations Manager Role:

Lead end-to-end delivery of compassionate supply programmes, including Early Access to Medicines Schemes (EAMS) and Individual Patient Supply Requests (IPSR) Manage operational execution to ensure timely, compliant supply aligned with local and global SOPs Partner cross-functionally with Medical, Supply, Clinical Operations, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, and efficiencies across Medical Affairs Own and track key operational KPIs such as turnaround times, audit readiness, and right-first-time delivery Lead updates to SOPs, working instructions, templates, and training materials Support and lead audits impacting Medical Affairs and wider governance activities Produce monthly metrics, quarterly updates, and annual medical reports Support rollout of operational initiatives across the UK/IE Medical teamYour Background:
