The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic litigation team with a reputation for tackling high-profile, challenging cases in both media and commercial disputes.

The Role

The firm advises an exciting and diverse client base — from innovative start-ups ready to scale up, established businesses expanding their footprint in the UK and internationally, as well as individuals navigating sensitive and high-stakes personal or business disputes.

You will work closely with senior colleagues while managing your own files, gaining exposure to complex and varied work in a collaborative environment.

Your caseload will combine cutting-edge media law with a broad range of commercial disputes:

Media litigation: defamation, privacy, data protection, IP and related claims (mostly defendant-side, though claimant experience is welcome)

Commercial litigation: a variety of disputes including contractual claims, shareholder disputes, arbitration, insolvency, sports, music, property, and professional negligence matters

About you:

Qualified Solicitor with Circa 3–5 years’ PQE and solid experience in media litigation and commercial disputes

Excellent communication and client-handling skills

A proactive team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-performing environment.
