In this role, the successful Mechanic/Plant Fitter or similar will be responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of a wide variety of Plant/Construction Equipment. In addition, you will also be responsible for the troubleshooting and diagnostics of said Plant Equipment. You will do this both from customer and client sites as well as the workshop (for any travel required, a company van will be provided and fuel will be covered), liaising with third-parties as and when needed. Finally, you will be responsible for keeping accurate Technical Documentation of any work performed.

The ideal Mechanic/Plant Fitter will hold an NVQ Level 3 or above, as well as having previous experience within a Mechanic/LGV Mechanic/HGV Mechanic/Plant Fitter role or similar. You will also have an interest in the Heavy Plant industry, wanting to upskill yourself. Finally, you will also hold a full, valid UK driver's license, and be happy to travel to customer/client sites as and when needed.
