An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the UK’s instantly recognisable manufacturers, who are an International employer specialising in the production of private label household products for the consumer and chemical industries using plastic blow Moulding technology. They are one of Europe’s leading manufacturers within their market place with over 85 years experience and over 5000 employees Europe wide.
The Role
You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in mechanical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, working within a high speed automated environment. There will be lots of fast moving machinery such as blow moulding machines, flow wrappers and labelling machines, together with packaging and conveyor systems. The successful candidate will also provide technical expertise and support regarding pipe work rationalisation and steel fabrication using specialist welding skills.
You will therefore have the following skills and qualifications.
KEY SKILLS
* Apprentice Trained Engineer in Mechanical Engineering
* Experience of Hydraulic & Automated machinery
* Understanding of PPM systems
