About the Role
Our client is seeking experienced and motivated Mechanical/Electrical Engineers to join their expanding engineering and maintenance team at their site in Scunthorpe. The role requires flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern and offers a competitive salary alongside long-term development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance
Respond quickly and professionally to breakdowns to minimise downtime
Fault-find, troubleshoot, and repair a range of equipment and systems
Work across engineering disciplines to support production operations
Perform root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions
Identify and implement improvements across safety, process, and equipment
Accurately record maintenance activities using CMMS (e.g., Shire System)
Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety and site policies
