Love fixing, building, or creating – cars, bikes, engines, machines! Have experience in mechanics, engineering, DIY or tech-based roles Enjoy working with people, especially those with SEMH or challenging behaviour Have ever mentored, coached, supported, or led sessions (formal or informal)
