Mechanical Test Engineer £32-36K + Excellent Benefits (Pension, health, holidays, 8% bonusetc) We have an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Test Engineer to join a world leading company specialised in developing products for the pharmaceutical and medical industries. (This position is to be part of the Engineering and man ufacturing department and is NOT a software test/automation related position) As part of the Engineering team, the Mechanical Test Engineer will be responsible for: Looking after projects from an initial brief by liaising with customers during the process Qualify bespoke products to customer specifications Provide technical product support to Customers and colleagues within Sales and other internal departments, recommending appropriate solutions where required. Prepare tests using approved process, equipment and materials Carrying out various tests including thermal and structural analysis and simulations. Writing of technical documentation to required standards; to include: Engineering Memos Qualification Protocols and Reports Performance Summaries Assembly Posters.
