My client, a specialist manufacturing business are on the hunt for an experienced Mechanical Technician to join their engineering assembly team in Witney. Role and Responsibilities – Mechanical Technician In this role, you will be assembling complex components and products for the scientific industry in line with tight tolerances and customer demand. Other responsibilities include: Perform precision mechanical assembly of bespoke products. Must be able to use measuring tools such as verniers, callipers and micrometres Troubleshooting – identifying, documenting, resolving and reporting technical issues during the assembly process Actively work with the D.O. to improve products and increase efficiency of assembly processes.
