Our client is a leading organisation within their sector, with the opportunity for an experienced Technician to join their team in a full time, days based role with an on-call rota. As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for: Routine & emerging maintenance tasks on boilers, steam turbines & conveyor systems Maintenance of mechanical plant Assisting the Mechanical Engineer with planning Managing selected plant improvements Supporting annual outages & apprentices Promoting H&S compliance at all times Other duties as required To be considered for this role you should have: A relevant engineering qualified (HNC/NVQ/Apprenticeship etc.) Proven experience in power generation, EfW, oil, biomass or marine or similar sector ) Experience of carrying out maintenance on mechanical process equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, HVAC systems & conveyors, etc. Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental legislation Marine Engineers with xehkeey experience of working on plant will also be considered for this role The package on offer for this position includes: A basic salary up to £48,000 depending on experience Pension Flexible benefits inc gym membership 25 days holidays plus BH If you are interested in this opportunity, please call Matt George for an informal chat on , apply online, or email your latest CV to .
