Mechanical Technician - 12 MONTH FTC Grangemouth £35,000-£40,000 + excellent benefits
Outsource UK is looking to recruit a Mechanical Technician to work for a global logistics company that specialise in fuel storage and distribution.
The role is on a 12 month FTC basis with potential to go permanent. Monday - Friday 8-4
You'll be responsible for the delivery of effective mechanical maintenance, helping to ensure safe and efficient operations while maximising availability. This is a hands-on, varied role involving preventive and corrective maintenance, shutdown planning, and contractor management.
Key Responsibilities Plan and execute mechanical maintenance tasks and plant shutdowns Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability programs Liaise with internal teams and external technical experts Manage third-party contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards Contribute to minor capital projects and remote facility support About You Time-served Mechanical Technician with a recognised apprenticeship Industrial experience with mechanical systems and isolations Mechanical COMPEX qualification (preferred) Strong understanding of safe systems of work and maintenance best practices Upper Tier COMAH experience highly advantageous <...
