We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a major pharmaceutical construction project based in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile project, overseeing mechanical installation works and managing a skilled team of pipefitters on site.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervising and coordinating a team of pipefitters and mechanical operatives on site • Overseeing mechanical installation works to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. • Liaising with senior stakeholders, project managers, and high-profile clients. • Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring work is carried out in line with project specifications. • Ensuring all health & safety procedures and site standards are adhered to. • Monitoring progress and reporting updates to project leadership.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on large-scale construction or pharmaceutical projects. • Strong background supervising pipefitting/mechanical installation teams. • Experience working with and managing high-level clients and stakeholders. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installation processes. • Relevant trade background (pipefitting/mechanical) preferred.
