Our clients are on the look for a Mechanical bias Supervisor to join their team on a large commercial property based in the City of London. The Mechanical Supervisor will be expected to work and take care of a large team of engineers on the landlord side of the building.
You will be responsible for mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site. The Supervisor will need to be Mechanically biased holding City and Guilds / NVQ qualifications whilst also being multi-skilled with good all-round building services maintenance knowledge. This role will be working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Key Duties: Identify and diagnose faults, conducting repairs, adjustments, and necessary maintenance tasks as needed. Perform routine servicing, repairs, or adjustments on plant or machinery as per the planned maintenance schedule provided by Engineering Supervisors, Building Services Manager, and FM Help desk.
