Mechanical Supervisor Location: Central London Salary: £58,000 per annum + benefits Hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm + overtime + on call About the Role We're currently looking for a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our Facilities Maintenance team. This crucial role involves leading a team of engineers and subcontractors to deliver high-standard, safe, and compliant planned and reactive mechanical maintenance. Key Responsibilities Lead and Support Mechanical Engineers: Supervise, mentor, and provide day-to-day operational support to mechanical engineering staff, ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, complex repairs, and minor installations.
Hands-On Technical Execution: Actively engage in mechanical work as required, providing direct support during critical breakdowns, complex fault-finding, or major installations to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Site Compliance and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site audits and inspections of mechanical works, rigorously ensuring adherence to all relevant Health & Safety (H&S) regulations, statutory requirements, and company quality standards.
