Mechanical Supervisor - City of London\n\nOur client is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to deliver projects across the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing turnkey contractor working with their highly regarded client, offering a strong and consistent pipeline of ongoing projects. As the Mechanical Supervisor the successful candidate will oversee mechanical teams on site, primarily managing plant replacement works and ensuring installations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.\n\nThis role suits someone with strong site leadership experience who is looking to progress their career within a supportive and forward-thinking business that genuinely promotes internal development and long-term progression.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSupervise mechanical installations including HVAC, pipework, ductwork, and plant systems\nCoordinate mechanical engineers, subcontractors, and labour on site\nEnsure works follow drawings, specifications, and programme schedules\nMonitor installation quality, progress, and subcontractor performance\nManage materials, deliveries, and site logistics\nSupport testing, commissioning, and project handover\nLiaise with project teams and coordinate works with other trades\nMaintain strong health & safety standards, toolbox talks, and site inspectionsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:\n\n5+ years' mechanical installation or building services experience\nPrevious supervision experience on UK commercial building and construction projects\nNVQ Level 3 or higher in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering\nSSSTS or SMSTS certification, and CSCS (Supervisor Card)\nStrong knowledge of UK building regulations and site safetyBenefits:\n\nPrivate Healthcare & Dental\nLife Insurance & Pension Scheme\nLength of Service Rewards\nTradepoint Discount Scheme\nPrivate Financial Advice \n\nJob Details:\n\nStart Date: ASAP\n\nLocation: City of London\n\nHours: Mon-Fri (7am-4pm)\n\nSalary: £55,000 - £60,000 + overtime (where applicable)
