Mechanical Supervisor (Contract)

£300 per day
3-Month Contract
We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a new residential project based in Oxford, supporting the final stages of the build.
This is a 3-month contract focused on finishing works and commissioning, ideal for someone who can come in and drive the job over the line.
The Role:
* Supervising mechanical works on a residential project
* Overseeing site operatives and subcontractors
* Managing final fix, snagging, and commissioning
* Ensuring works are completed to a high standard and in line with programme
* Coordinating with site management and other trades
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor
* Background in residential projects
* Experience with commissioning and project handover
* SSSTS – essential
* Strong organisational and communication skills
Details:
* £300 per day
* Working hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm
* 3-month contract
* Immediate start available
