Blocktech MEP are looking on behalf of their client for a Mechanical Site Supervisor ideally possessing an associated trade qualification (M&E, pipe welding/fitting, building services, HVAC, groundworks / civil works)

Your role will be to visit/supervise multiple construction sites around the UK and liaise with site personnel, Project Managers, and client representatives to deliver successful installations smoothly, on time and within a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

·        Liaise with contract team regarding current projects and status.

·        Liaise with site teams to check/monitor Health & Safety Compliance.

·        Carrying out site toolbox talks, & mentor installers

·        Participating in H&S meetings and site audits to ensure team working to client RAMS,

·        Attend site meetings to assist contracts team.

·        Communication between site teams and office.

·        Assisting with Plant Hires/Off Hires, Deliveries & site clearances.

·        Monitoring/Checking Installer Plant & Tool certifications, & PPE suitability.

·        Conduct site surveys as directed by the Contracts Team

·        Commissioning duties to completed installations.

·        Alarm Wire Surveys as directed by Contracts Team.

Required Skills / Experience

·        SSSTS / SMSTS /CSCS/ISOH

·        CPCS Lift Supervisor

·        Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·        Must have excellent communication skills at all levels.

·        Must be hardworking, reliable and possess a good work ethic.

·        Must be able to deal with multiple projects simultaneously.

If successful, you will receive the following.

• 8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
• £50,000 to £60,000 Salary (Depending on Experience)
• £6000 Car allowance
