Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base Pay RangeDirect message the job poster from TGS International GroupA well-established building services provider delivering full Mechanical and Electrical solutions across Industrial, Logistics, Food, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Mining, Healthcare, Commercial, Hotel & Leisure, High-End Residential, Public, and Energy sectors.The organisation supports clients from early design through installation and ongoing maintenance, offering efficient, reliable, and high-quality building services across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe.Job DescriptionDue to continued growth, the company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager.This position reports to the Project/Contracts Manager and involves daily liaison with suppliers, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, HSEQ personnel, and subcontractors.Main DutiesOversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services.Ensure all relevant permits are in place.Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve mechanical issues.Liaise with main contractors and client-side teams.Ensure on-site delivery and compliance with EHSQ, RAMS, PPE, and related standards.Coordinate plant hire, tools, and labour on site.Manage labour and subcontractor activities.Order and manage day‑to‑day site materials.Update information for progress reports.Communicate project changes to the team.Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring.QualificationsRelevant trade qualification or further education in mechanical building services.Minimum 5 years’ experience.Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor/Manager or similar role.Project management experience beneficial.Computer literate with strong interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel when required.Additional InformationThe organisation promotes an inclusive, flexible culture supporting professional growth, innovation, and diversity.Employee BenefitsEmployee assistance programmeHealth and wellness programmesSeniority LevelNot ApplicableEmployment TypePart-timeJob FunctionBuilding Construction, Construction, and Engineering Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
