Mechanical Site Manager

Location: Wigan | Site Based | Contract
We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee mechanical works on a commercial project.
You’ll manage pipefitting and ducting teams, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards.
What you’ll do:
Manage day-to-day mechanical installation activities on site
Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with other trades
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and programmes
Maintain health & safety standards and carry out quality checks
Report progress and issues to the Project Manager
You’ll need:
Proven Mechanical Site Management experience in M&E construction
Strong pipefitting and ducting background
Experience on commercial projects
SMSTS or SSSTS certified
CSCS card
Excellent organisational and communication skills
