OverviewMechanical Site Manager – Chesterfield – Starts 11th August - £300 per day. We are seeking a Site Manager with an M&E bias, ideally mechanical, for a temporary assignment in Chesterfield, starting on 11th August for approximately 6 weeks. This is a refurbishment of an existing building with the aim of reducing the sites carbon footprint and energy efficiency.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.Work closely with subcontractors and the project team to ensure the timely completion of the project.Coordinate and manage subcontractors; read and interpret design drawings; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Qualifications & CertificationsSMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)DBS EnhancedFirst AidSkillsStrong mechanical and electrical installation knowledgeProven site management experienceExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage and coordinate subcontractorsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency in reading and interpreting design drawingsFamiliarity with health and safety regulationsIT literacyStrong organisational skillsThis is a temporary role and is expected to pay circa £300 per day based on working 7.30 - 16.30 Monday to Friday.Please upload your CV in order to apply or call Rich on 0121 200 5520 #J-18808-Ljbffr
