This is afreelance opportunityfor an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a critical project in Walsall, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery throughout. The Role Youll be responsible for theday-to-day supervision of mechanical works on site, coordinating labour and subcontractors while working closely with the wider project team in a live hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical operatives and subcontractors on site Coordinate daily activities to meet programme and quality requirements Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and RAMS Maintain stricthealth & safety standardsin a live healthcare setting Liaise with the Project Manager, site teams, and hospital stakeholders Oversee quality control, snagging, and support testing & commissioning Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics What Were Looking For Proven experience as aMechanical Supervisor / Manageron construction or energy projects Strong xehkeey background inHVAC, pipework, plant rooms, or mechanical installations Experience working in a live healthcare environment Confident managing labour, subcontractors, and site activities SMSTS, Managers CSCS card, and relevant mechanical qualifications The Package £300per day CIS Freelance contract Opportunity to work on a high-profile, technically challenging healthcare project
