Mechanical Site Manager Role\n\nOverview\nWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical services on a high quality commercial office fit out project. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to drive programme deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.\n\nMechanical Site Manager Key Responsibilities\n\n * Manage and coordinate all mechanical works on site, including HVAC, pipework, and associated systems\n\n * Supervise subcontractors and ensure works are delivered in line with design specifications and programme requirements\n\n * Work closely with the Project Manager and other site teams to ensure smooth project delivery\n\n * Monitor health & safety compliance and enforce site regulations\n\n * Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met\n\n * Track progress, report on milestones, and address any delays or issues proactively\n\n * Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders as required\n\n * Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals\n\nMechanical Site Manager Requirements\n\n * Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager, ideally within commercial fit out projects\n\n * Strong background in mechanical building services\n\n * SMSTS (or equivalent) certification\n\n * CSCS card (relevant level)\n\n * Excellent organisational and communication skills\n\n * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications\n\n * Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail\n\nTo Apply\nPlease upload your up to date CV to apply for the Mechanical Site Manager position
