We are working with a Global facilities provider who is seeking a M&E Shift Engineer to join the team on one of their largest contracts in central London.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work in partnership with a global tech giant in their brand new European HQ. Working within a state of the art property that offers an incredible amount technical exposure.
Continental Shift - Days & Nights
Shift Engineer Key Responsibilities
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
* Air Handling Units (AHUs)
* Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
* Pumps (including bearings and mechanical seals)
* Water treatment (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.)
* Cooling towers
* Tap temperature monitoring
* Chilled water systems
* General plumbing
* Generators
* Pressurisation units
* BMS operation
* CRAC units
* Motors
Requirements
* Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent
* Apprentice trained (desirable)
* Proven experience within building services maintenance
* Strong client-facing skills and professional manner
Package on offer for the Shift Engineer
* £50,000 + £5500 shift allowance
* Continental shift pattern (days and nights)
* 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
