Job Description

There’s a permanent opportunity for you here as a Mechanical Shift Engineer to join one of our flagship retails sites in the heart of the West End, London

The Role

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment Carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated Carrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosis Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels Completing job sheets electronically on a Tablet or Smartphone Maintaining site based records and log books Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping to maximise life expectancy of all equipment Proactively working to reduce energy consumption on client sites and recommending improvements Working to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and procedures Maintaining excellent relationships with our customers – face to face, telephone and email

Hours of Work

4 days on 4 days off (7am-7pm, 7pm – 7am)

Qualifications and Experience Required

NVQ Level 2/3 in mechanical engineering Commercial building maintenance experience in a customer facing environment
