Mechanical Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer

M&E Fit-Out | £10M Project | 12-Month Duration

Our client, a leading M&E fit-out contractor with a turnover of s£30M, is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer to join a flagship £10M M&E project in Bicester.

You’ll report into the Senior Project Manager and lead all on-site mechanical delivery.

The company has secured a significant pipeline of work in the region and is actively building a regional delivery team, with several upcoming local projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Day-to-day site management for mechanical works
• Overseeing subcontractors and direct labour
• Managing the programme, site logistics, and progress reporting
• Coordinating with design, procurement, and H&S teams
• Driving quality and delivery on a fast-paced M&E install

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience as a Mechanical PM, Senior Project Engineer, or Mechanical Construction Manager
• Background in commercial/residential M&E or fit-out projects
• SMSTS / SSSTS + valid CSCS
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
