You’ll spend the first phase working from the London head office, supporting preconstruction planning, detailed design development, and procurement. Once site mobilisation begins, you’ll transition to full-time site leadership at Olympia. From initial enabling works to final fit-out and handover, you’ll be hands-on throughout a two-year programme.

What you’ll need
*
Strong experience delivering large-scale mechanical packages—ideally on major commercial, heritage, or public venue projects
*
A Black CSCS card and SMSTS certification
*
Confidence coordinating with design consultants, client teams, and specialist subcontractors
*
The ability to work from the London office during preconstruction
*
Flexibility to be site-based at Olympia once delivery starts
*
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and an eye for quality
