Mechanical Project Manager – Building Services Central London £70,000 – £80,000 + Package
An MEP Contractor experiencing significant growth and working in new sectors , and currently primarily delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London is looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager for a flagship scheme in the West End of London.
Project Details:
* Mechanical plant replacement project
* Oxford Circus location
* £3.4m MEP value
* April start
Role & Responsibilities:
* Managing the mechanical package from pre-construction through to handover
* Overseeing a Mechanical Supervisor on site
* Reporting into an MEP Contracts Manager
* Working closely with the electrical team to ensure coordinated delivery
* Managing programme, quality, and health & safety
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
* Ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services / MEP
* Strong commercial project experience (fit-out or refurbishment preferred)
* Experience working on central London projects
* Good leadership and team management skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programme
Package:
