The Role
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing M&E contractor delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical building services projects across a range of sectors.
You will be responsible for managing mechanical projects from initial design through to completion and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover
* Oversee design coordination, procurement of plant/materials, and subcontractor management
* Ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget
* Coordinate labour resources and manage site teams effectively
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and main contractors
* Ensure all works comply with current regulations and industry standards (e.g. BREEAM, Part L)
* Monitor project performance, including cost control, variations, and risk management
* Ensure high standards of health & safety are maintained across all sites
