We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £25m MEP package on a high-profile commercial refurbishment project in the heart of Bond Street.

This is a flagship, design-led scheme involving the upgrade of a prestigious commercial building, with complex mechanical installations, tight logistics, and a high-end client finish. You will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the mechanical package from pre-construction through to completion

Manage programme, procurement, subcontractors, and on-site delivery

Coordinate with electrical, public health, and main contractor teams to ensure seamless MEP integration

Lead design reviews and ensure buildability of mechanical systems (HVAC, plantrooms, pipework, BMS interfaces)

Oversee installation quality, commissioning, and handover processes

Manage project budgets, cost reporting, and commercial performance

Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements Project Details

Salary will be negotiable but between the £90-£110k bracket.
