Mechanical Project Manager

This is a flagship, design-led scheme involving the upgrade of a prestigious commercial building, with complex mechanical installations, tight logistics, and a high-end client finish. You will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the mechanical package from pre-construction through to completion
Manage programme, procurement, subcontractors, and on-site delivery
Coordinate with electrical, public health, and main contractor teams to ensure seamless MEP integration
Lead design reviews and ensure buildability of mechanical systems (HVAC, plantrooms, pipework, BMS interfaces)
Oversee installation quality, commissioning, and handover processes
Manage project budgets, cost reporting, and commercial performance
Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements

Prime central London location (Bond Street)
Commercial office refurbishment (CAT A / CAT B elements)
High-spec mechanical systems and finishes
Logistically challenging, live environment
Salary will be negotiable but between the £90-£110k bracket.
£5k car allowance
Travel expenses paid
Company pension 5% individual and 5% business contribution
Private Healthcare
25 days paid holidays plus bank holidays
