Mechanical Project Manager Nationwide work Head Office based Northeast £60,000 plus package An established and growing building services and facilities management contractor is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their delivery team on a national basis. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of mechanical projects across retail, healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial sectors, with individual project values of up to £1.5 million. The Role The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of mechanical projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and technical expertise.
