This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a highly respected M&E Building Services contractor delivering mechanical installations across a wide range of commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and fit-out projects.
The company has built a strong reputation for delivering technically complex mechanical building services installations including plantrooms, heating and chilled water systems, ventilation, pipework, public health systems, and HVAC services.
With a strong pipeline of projects and continued business growth, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to support the delivery of both small works and larger multi-million pound mechanical installations.
The Role
Salary is negotiable depending on experience within the advertised range.
As Mechanical Project Manager you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Projects range from small works through to larger multi-million pound mechanical building services installations across the South Coast and surrounding areas.
