Salter Grange is currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to support a leading and award-winning engineering construction company on a high profile £30M MEP Commercial Development.

Ideally, the Mechanical Project Manager should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar position and from a trade background or degree-qualified

The successful Mechanical Project Manager will be joining a growing contractor on an excellent project In London and be part of a highly regarded company well known for its strong Preconstruction Engineering, Project Management capabilities and smooth Project Delivery.

Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:

* Overseeing procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials

* Liaising with clients over design variations

* Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors)

* Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget

* Always ensuring health & safety is followed

* Managing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings

Mechanical Project Manager Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

* 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, with a focus on mechanical projects valued between £5M and £30M.

* Proven leadership, proactive mindset, and strong team collaboration skills.
