I'm working with a well-established mechanical contractor delivering air conditioning and ventilation projects within healthcare and specialist environments, to hire for a Mechanical Project Manager to take ownership of projects from start to finish.

The Role

You'll be managing HVAC projects end-to-end, from handover through to commissioning, working closely with design teams, engineers and clients.

Full project ownership (inception to completion)
Coordination with design and site teams
Managing labour, subcontractors and materials
Overseeing costs, valuations and cash flow
Supporting commissioning, O&Ms and as-fitteds
Leading engineers and driving delivery on-siteWhat You'll Need

Experience as a Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC / Mechanical)
Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish
Strong commercial awareness
Confident in managing multiple projects and stakeholdersThe successful Mechanical Project Manager will be on up to £60,000 (DOE, slight flex for the right person) + Company Car + Laptop/Phone + Package.
