This role offers full autonomy and commercial accountability, ideal for someone confident managing delivery from pre-construction through to client handover. You'll be the key point of contact for clients and responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably. The business offers a strong pipeline of repeat work and a high-performing bonus structure based on the gross profit of your contracts, offering significant earning potential.Key ResponsibilitiesManage several live mechanical projects simultaneouslyProgramming, planning and resource managementProcurement of materials/subcontractors and invoice approvalCommercial reporting including valuations, applications and variationsSupport design and estimating activities where requiredClient liaison, progress reporting and managing expectationsEnsure compliance with H&S, quality control and delivery deadlinesRequirementsExperience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building servicesExposure to multiple small-works or fast-paced commercial projectsConfident managing both delivery and commercial elements of projectsAbility to work independently and make key decisionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPackage£59,000 salary£6,000 car allowanceQuarterly performance bonus/commission based on GP of your projects (excellent structure)Clear scope for progression as the division growsJBRP1_UKTJ
