We’re seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team in Plymouth.\n\nWith offices across the country and expertise to deliver projects in a wide range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, MoD, Industrial and Commercial, this company provides design and installation of mechanical and electrical services in innovative and sustainable ways.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full operational delivery of mechanical works—managing safety, technical standards, commercial performance, and team management throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll ensure profitability, drive efficiency, and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n• Champion a “safety first” culture \n• Contribute to bid and tender activities\n• Drive operational efficiency \n• Review scope and installation methods to ensure accurate delivery\n• Identify, assess, and manage project risks.\n• Lead internal teams and specialist subcontractors through all project stages.\n• Conduct contract reviews and prepare project reports and documentation.\n• Develop and maintain high‑quality customer relationships.\n\nThe Person\n\nWe are looking for a team player who is well versed in taking ownership of projects.
