Job Description

Overview\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and deliver mechanical works on a large scale commercial construction project. This role is critical in ensuring all mechanical installations are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.\n\nMechanical Project Manager Key Responsibilities\n\n * Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of all mechanical services, including HVAC, plumbing, and pipework systems\n\n * Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery\n\n * Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple phases of the project\n\n * Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders\n\n * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies\n\n * Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies\n\n * Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents\n\n * Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor packages\n\n * Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and quality audits\n\n * Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and financial tracking\n\n * Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently to avoid delays and cost overruns\n\nMechanical Project Manager Requirements\n\n * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or Senior Mechanical Site Manager on commercial construction projects\n\n * Strong knowledge of mechanical building services (HVAC, plumbing, pipework systems)\n\n * Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and programmes\n\n * SMSTS or equivalent health & safety qualification\n\n * CSCS card (relevant level)\n\n * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills\n\n * Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge\n\n * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications\n\n * Highly organised with strong problem-solving capabilities\n\nTo Apply\n\nPlease upload your up to date CV to apply for the Mechanical Project Manager position
