Mechanical Project Manager\n\nResidential Development – North London\n\nContract: 6 Months\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a large residential project in North London on a 6-month contract basis.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage the mechanical services package from site setup through to completion\n\t\nOversee subcontractors and direct labour to ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are met\n\t\nCoordinate with the main contractor, consultants, and other trade package managers\n\t\nManage procurement, variations, and cost control for the mechanical scope\n\t\nEnsure works comply with current regulations, specifications, and project standards\n\t\nLead site meetings and provide regular progress reporting\n\t\nDrive commissioning, snagging, and handover activities\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on residential projects\n\t\nStrong background in HVAC, domestic services, and plantroom installations\n\t\nValid SMSTS certification (essential)\n\t\nCSCS Gold or Black Card (essential)\n\t\nStrong organisational, leadership, and communication skills\n\t\nAbility to manage fast-paced site delivery and multiple work fronts\n\nFor more information regarding the above, please contact Stephen Tiigah – (url removed)
