Mechanical Project Manager

An opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager or an ambitious Junior Project Manager ready to step up and take ownership of high-value projects across London.
My client is seeking a driven professional with a proven ability to deliver mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover on projects valued between £3M and £8M . This role offers the chance to work on major developments in fast-paced, high-performing project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of mechanical packages on large-scale M&E projects.
Manage projects from tender stage through design coordination, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient site operations.
Monitor cost, quality, and programme to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and performance standards.
Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and senior management, proactively resolving issues.
Drive programme milestones and maintain high delivery standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Proven experience delivering mechanical packages valued between £3M–£8M .
Strong background managing projects from pre-construction to completion.
Solid technical knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and pipework.
Confident leader with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Commercially aware, organised, and hands-on in approach.
Experience in sectors such as commercial, healthcare, or mixed-use developments is advantageous.
