Mechanical Project Manager – Building Services\nCentral London\n£70,000 – £80,000 + Package\n\nAn MEP Contractor experiencing significant growth and working in new sectors , and currently primarily delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London is looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager for a flagship scheme in the West End of London.\n\nProject Details:\n\n * Mechanical plant replacement project\n\n * Oxford Circus location\n\n * £3.4m MEP value\n\n * April start\n\nRole & Responsibilities:\n\n * Managing the mechanical package from pre-construction through to handover\n\n * Overseeing a Mechanical Supervisor on site\n\n * Reporting into an MEP Contracts Manager\n\n * Working closely with the electrical team to ensure coordinated delivery\n\n * Managing programme, quality, and health & safety\n\n * Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors\n\n * Ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services / MEP\n\n * Strong commercial project experience (fit-out or refurbishment )\n\n * Experience working on central London projects\n\n * Good leadership and team management skills\n\n * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programme\n\nPackage:\n\n * £75,000 – £85,000 salary (flexible for the right candidate)\n\n * Competitive benefits package\n\n * Long-term progression within a growing contractor
