A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join a Tier One M&E Building Services Contractor delivering major projects across the Midlands and Home Counties.

I am working with a highly regarded contractor who has secured a strong pipeline of work with leading main contractors, with confirmed workload in place through to 2029. Their schemes span both the commercial and residential sectors, with MEP values reaching up to £40 million.

Due to continued business growth and a full order book, the company is now looking to strengthen its delivery team by appointing an established Mechanical Project Engineer who is keen to progress within a structured and forward-thinking environment.

The successful individual will be based out of either the Northampton or the Birmingham, working between live project sites in Luton, Milton Keynes and Henley-on-Thames.

I am keen to speak with individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer

• Background delivering commercial and/or residential projects

• Experience working within a Tier One or large regional M&E contractor environment

• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services packages including HVAC, pipework and plant installations

• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, procurement, technical submissions and site activities

• Comfortable working across multiple sites and managing programme-driven projects

• Ambition to join a business where progression is genuine and merit-based
