Mechanical Project Engineer - Residential\n\nCentral London | £350-£400 per day (CIS / Ltd)\n\nA well-established M&E contractor with a £30m annual turnover, specialising in high-quality residential and mixed-use developments, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join the team on a major Central London project.\n\nThe Project\n\n£12m residential development\n\nCentral London location\n\nPre-construction commencing in 2 weeks\n\nLong-term opportunity with potential for follow-on projects\n\nRole Overview\n\nReporting to the Mechanical Project Manager, you will play a key role in taking the project from pre-construction through delivery, ensuring mechanical services are coordinated, procured, and installed to programme, quality, and budget.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAssist in managing mechanical packages from pre-construction to handover\n\nReview and coordinate mechanical design information and drawings\n\nManage subcontractors and suppliers\n\nAttend design, coordination, and site meetings\n\nSupport procurement and technical submittals\n\nMonitor progress against programme and assist with reporting\n\nEnsure works are delivered in line with specifications and standards\n\nCandidate Requirements\n\nMinimum HNC in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline\n\nProven experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer or similar role\n\nBackground in residential and/or mixed-use projects preferred\n\nStrong understanding of mechanical building services\n\nAbility to work on fast-paced London projects\n\nGood communication and coordination skills\n\nPackage\n\n£350-£400 per day\n\nCIS or Ltd company engagement\n\nCentral London site\n\nImmediate / short-notice start
