Mechanical Product Design Engineer

Looking to speak with any experienced Mechanical Design Engineers who would be interested in joining a unique and ambitious tech start-up near Cheltenham.

It's a very hands-on role which involves developing CAD (Solidworks), prototyping, testing and mentoring of a Junior Engineer.

Any experience of product / industrial design is also massively beneficial.

The company design security, surveillance and autonomous solutions for use in harsh environments across the world.

ROLE: Mechanical Product Design Engineer

LOCATION: Cheltenham

SALARY: up to £65k (+ equity)

Skills required for the Mechanical Product Design Engineer are:

* 2D/3D CAD in Solidworks

* Prototyping and testing experience

* Ability to mentor junior engineers

* Mechanical product/industrial design experience

* Experience of design for use in extreme/harsh environments (oil and gas, aerospace, automotive) is hugely beneficial
