?Mechanical PlumberLocation: Camberwell Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pmSalary: £46,000+Apt Talent Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Plumber to carry out PPM and reactive works on a static commercial building in Camberwell.

Job Role:

  • The Mechanical Plumber will be required to perform general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing and mechanical systems, water and other distribution systems throughout the building.
  • Respond to general maintenance duties and operate building equipment and systems to include building engineer/technician operational duties as assigned.
  • Assists other department staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations where plumbing expertise is required.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Minimum of Plumbing City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3
  • Minimum 5 years building maintenance experience
  • Time management
  • Client Facing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
