Randstad Construction & Property are working on behalf of a National Facilities Management company to find an experienced and collaborative Plumber to join their team in Bury The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance.
Location: Bury (static)
Salary: Competitive (up to £36,000 depending on experience)
Employment type: Full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues such as leaks, clogs, or damaged pipes. Diagnose plumbing problems and provide accurate estimates for repairs or installations. Follow safety procedures and comply with plumbing codes and regulations. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.An ideal candidate will have:
