Are you an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Estimator looking to join a well-established M&E contractor with a strong pipeline of work?

We're working with a reputable building services contractor who are seeking a skilled Estimator to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in securing projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial.

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical and/or electrical building services projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing tender documentation and specifications
• Producing detailed cost estimates and take-offs
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
• Identifying value engineering opportunities
• Supporting bid submissions and tender presentations
• Working closely with commercial and project teams

• Proven experience as an Estimator within an M&E contractor
• Strong knowledge of mechanical or electrical building services
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• £50,000 - £80,000 salary depending on experience
• Hybrid working
