Mechanical Operator
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Location: Marlow
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 08:00 16:30 (Friday 08:00 13:00)

Operating production machinery in line with work instructions
Carrying out mechanical assembly tasks to the required quality standards
Completing lining, finishing, and polishing operations
Using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
Working from drawings, job cards, and standard operating procedures
Supporting team targets for productivity, quality, and safetyWhat Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, or production environment
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
A proactive, reliable, and team focused approach
